Considering the current rate of rejection my immigration team is suggesting to process the extension request from outside country. Is it possible to file ectension from outside USA while I am currently staying in USA? If I go out of USA for PAI and stamping and if the extension request is denied but my current petition is still valid will I be able to reenter with the existing petition. Quote Link to comment
