Mohita Pal Posted January 7, 2020 Report Share Posted January 7, 2020 My H1b Visa was valid till 31st Dec 2019. My extension was filled on 20th Dec 2019. I have some emergency and have to travel back to India ASAP. I know that I cannot re-enter US till the time my extension is approved and I get my passport stamped. But is it also that my VISA extension application will be rejected and send back and new H1b will have to be filled? Quote Link to comment
