Or do I need to file amendment and go for stamping with new company “Y” I797? Can I go for stamping just by updating LCA with new company name? Quote Link to comment

Check with your employer Y attorney. There should be some paper work showing the acquisition. They will suggest if amendment is needed. Quote Link to comment
