An amendment was filed on 31st July, 2018 for location B and RFE was sent on 1st February, 2019. We’ve responded to RFE on 24th April, 2019. The case status hasn’t been updated since then. An extension was filed on 13th May, 2019 and I’ve received the approval copy on 4th September, 2019. I have the approved physical copy in hand (both for self and dependents). Can I travel to India and re-enter? Or will my pending amendment still cause issues at PoE or at stamping? Any advise would be appreciated. Quote Link to comment
