H1b stamping for disabled dependent

My H1b petition approved,I want to go for stamping with family. My daughter having birth defect called spina bifida,she can not stand and walk. please let me know will this be a problem for my visa stamping, should I go alone or with family will it lead to my visa rejection?

No issues since you have a valid reason. Go with family.

You can schedule one visa interview appointment with H1B primary and other H4 as dependents. Your daughter (H4) can attend the interview with you (H1B)

If you daughter is below 14 years of age she might qualify for a visa waiver and need not attend the interview. Check with the consulate you are planning on applying.

That's correct if she is younger than 14 she doesn't need to go for the interview.
