Scenario : Currently my H1b is in transfer from Company A to Company B. I join Company B and after 1 month I get an offer from Company C. Query : 1. Can join Company C and ask them to start H1B transfer ? 2. Which I-797 they will need to proceed with H1B transfer ? 3. Will this impact my i-140 filed and approved by previous employer ? 4. What are chances of getting RFE or denial ? 5. Can we do multiple H1B transfer and If yes, are there any consequences ? Please help me to take decision. Quote Link to comment
