Saching Posted January 2, 2020 Report Share Posted January 2, 2020 An employee is working on H1B with Company A & has an approved PERM with Company B based on future employment. If the employee then joins Company C (via H1B transfer), can Company C file for PERM & 1-140 for current employment ? Also, is it possible if Company B can still process I-140 on future employment as PERM is already approved with them and I can legally work for Company B at sometime in the future if it's get approved.
