KrishnaveniP
We have applied for H1 ,H4 renewal and my EAD extn in October .My husband got H1 extn through premium but H4 ,EAD is still in process with USCIS . As my current EAD is expiring in Jan 10 I have requested for expedite in December and USCIS denied my expedite service request . I am thinking of applying for litigation lawsuit to get my EAD and extension fast . will that law suit will affect my husband H1B extension in future ,green card processing ? Techi88
Will litigation have adverse impact on the h1b or h4 renewals later ? did anyone who have gone for lawsuit have faced more rfe s later ? Quote Link to comment
User099
Filing a litigation is not a crime. If the government comes back to take revenge on you, then you can sue them again. Quote Link to comment
