rajunni
HI - My EB1 process is in progress ( awaiting I-140 approval). I would like to know as per the rules/process of EB1, are we required to submit our Indian bank statements to show the proof of our India salary credited during the past years or even current years? More importantly, do we need to show the CURRENT years Indian bank statements? The reason being, my wife worked remotely in the US for an India located consulting company (under the payroll of Indian company but the client was a US-based company) for 5 months and salary was credited to her Indian bank account. I came to know that, it was not right to work in this mode and we stopped working the moment we were updated. We did not use that money in the US, but was spent in India itself. Do you think, this will have any impact on my EB1 process which is in progress now or during the 2nd phase of it? Quote Link to comment
