Praveen Pasu Posted December 27, 2019 Report Share Posted December 27, 2019 Applied for STEM OPT in November 2018 and received 1st RFE in March 2019 replied for it in May 2019, got 2nd RFE in September 2019 and replied within 2 weeks. Now its been a year since I initially applied for STEM Extension and still my application was under processing, Am I still legal to stay back till I get any response or should I leave the country?
