Disorder conduct affect on H1B visa stamping

I was arrested and charged with solicitation of sexual act (4 years ago) but my charges were reduced to disorder conduct after paying fine of $260 and 6 months of supervision, so my final  charges were disorderly conduct, and i am traveling to india for H1B visa interview, what are the chances for visa rejection. If they reject my visa what should i do to come back again. can some one please share your experience if any one experienced same situation.

Note: 2years when I went to India and returning back officers stopped me for additional questioning and ask me to submit the certified arrest record with in a month, I submitted that and issues at that time.
