Prakash493
HI , i am on a situation now , I applied my F1 visa in 2015 and got rejected in first attempt , Then i tried again and got the visa , Now i want to go to india for H1B visa stamping , While filling the DS-160 form its asking this question ; Have you ever been refused a US visa , or been refused to admission to United States or withdrawn your application of admission at port of entry ? Yes/No i am kind of stuck on this question. What should i mention ? if i mention here yes how does it will impact my chance of getting the visa ? Quote Link to comment
jsk423
You need to say yes your visa has been rejected and the date when it was rejected. Not sure how much impact it has if you say yes, but if you say no, you will be banned from applying US visa for five years or permanently for providing false information. Quote Link to comment
User099
I don't understand why you are stuck. It doesn't matter how it will impact your current chances, but if you say No you will be barred for lying on DS160. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Say yes and explain. You cannot avoid this and say NO. You will get banned from USA... Quote Link to comment
