AnkurA
My I-140 was approved in Oct 2015. I came back to India (no visa issues) in Jul 2018. My H1-B expired in Aug 2019 while I was in India. If I change my employer now in India, will I be able to get a new non-cap H1? What happens to my I-140 and PD? Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
Based on the approved I-140, you are eligible for H1 extensions with any employer. As regards the I-140, if the sponsor does not want you, you can retain the PD for another GC filing by a different employer. Quote Link to comment
