Applying Tourist Visa for mom, two sisters and husbands brother's family at the same time

Recommended Posts

Hi,

If I apply for my mom, my two sisters family and my husband's brother's family at the same time, would the chance for denial be high? Should i be applying for one of my sister after my mom's visa is done and do the same after each one of the application is done. What is your recommendation?

My sisters are married and my husband's brother's is also married.

You cannot apply for them. They should all apply on their own recognizance.

The steps are clearly described.

once again, you do not apply- they do and they qualify based on their individual merits....if you encourage them to play visa games by first having one apply and if successful, the next relative applies (but the first applicant claimed they would be traveling alone or something like that ), what will happen is that the first visa approved will be revoked before it's ever used. Do not play these silly games by staggering the applicants..because the COs can easily look up other relative's applications, see the charade and no one save the CO will like the outcome.
