Pakistan Citizen Expedited GC Processing

Hi All,

 I have received GC / Permanent residency in an expedited fashion as my wife is born in Pakistan though I am born in India. Now, I have received my citizenship and planning to sponsor a Permanent residency for my brother who is born in India. Will my brother's application will go to the same queue as mine for country of Pakistan or it will go through the queue meant for citizens of India. Probably, this will decide the timeline of my application. Also, any information on general timeline for a family-based green card application would be very helpful. I appreciate any insights or guidelines in this direction.
