I entered in US on L1B visa in Nov 2013. After completing 5 years on L1B in Nov 2018, same company extends my stay by converting L1B to L1A. Now I'm in US for more than 5 years. I was in managerial position  for more than 1 year in India prior to Nov 2013.  Can company file me EB1C green card? How one out three rule works in this case?
