Hi Team,

Currently i have these appointments in Hyderabad 
VAC appointment : Dec 2019 last week
Consular appointment : Feb 2020 first week

Can you please clear my doubts.
1) In what time frame the website is refreshed daily? What is the ideal time to check new available schedules
2) Just in case i face VAC appointment in last week of Dec, will i be able to re-schedule *only *Consular appointment later? In such case, will my same visa interview fee be considered
