Stalinjess
This is my scenario: My H-1B extension is approved and valid till March 2021 but my wife H4 petition is in progress and she will become out of status (240 days grace period) by Jan end and her status shows as “Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken“ and currently she is due by March 1st week. 1. What if I didn’t get any update on my H4 status and hw can I continue stay in USA considering her pregnancy. 2. Is it legal to stay since my primary H-1 petition is approved kindly clarify Quote Link to comment

Check the processing times for I539 for the service center you applied on USCIS website, it will give you an idea as to how long it will take for your case to be adjudicated. Quote Link to comment
