SSG1234 Posted December 15, 2019 Report Share Posted December 15, 2019 I had a question related to my H4 / H4 EAD petitions and the litigation. My H4 and H4 EAD petitions were filed by another firm. If i proceed with this litigation does it mean that my H4 and H4 EAD petitions will also be taken over by the new law firm or the H4 and H4 EAD petitions would remain with the firm who filed previously and only this litigation will be with the new law firm?
