Kitu Posted December 12, 2019 Report Share Posted December 12, 2019 Hi, I am on L2 visa which is valid until Jan 30 2020.My husband’s L1 extension has already been approved.even though they were filed together with L1 my L2 extension and EAD extension are still pending.Can I travel to India and get L2 visa stamped through Dropbox in Dec 2019.Will that affect my current EAD application? EAD will still be processed even if you leave the country and come back. Make sure you are here by the time it comes up for adjudication. Quote Link to comment
