H1B Stamping DS160 employment start date

Hi, I am planning to get my H1B visa stamped in March 2020. The same company where I have done my internship(Full-time on F1-CPT), offered me Full time(F1-OPT) and sponsored my H1B.

What should I enter in the start date of employment on my DS-160?

1. My Internship(CPT) start date (I wasn't a graduate at this point of time)
2. My OPT start date(I am a graduate at this point of time)
   
   PS-My OPT start date is the next day of my CPT end date

When they sponsored your H1B did they give an employment offer letter and if so that has any start date? if yes keep that..

Your employment start date. That is your internship start date.

Thanks for the response! I only have one employment offer letter which is the internship one. So I guess I will put the internship start date as the start date of my employment.

offered me Full time(F1-OPT) and sponsored my H1B ... ask your employer who offered you H1B position
