I returned to India instead of going for stamping and took some other job because employer was not good. At present, is any work done during the time on the H1b approved for sometime and denied later (due to not coming for stamping), considered illegal? There are no paystubs, am I supposed to give pay stubs? Am not sure what is legal and illegal now Quote Link to comment
