H4 stamping with 2 misdemeanors

In a couple of days i need to go to stamping.A year back i was arrested for a larceny and resisting an arrest on the same day bcz it happened at my intial time in us and due to lack of knowledge about laws and rules over here.  City attorney kept the case as deferred for 6 months and then dismissed the both the cases. But i don't entered plea in the court 
1.will it affect the visa issue?
2.As my husband is also coming along with me to visa stamp, will it affect my husband's visa ??
3.or its better to go individually  ?
4.will it become a problem at very time?
5.will Deferred case treated as conviction under the immigration rules?

6. What would I expect?
