My current employer filed new H1B immediately as premium , I received RFE on new petition which was answered on Sept 2019 and my H1B was approved on Oct 2019. USCIS asked me get my H1B stamped. I had to exit country immediately in Oct 2019 and get H1B stamped from India. I got My H1B stamped and my new I-94 date is valid till Aug 2021. I have below questions; 1) My 6 years are getting over on Feb 2020. But USCIS have approved my petition till Aug 2021. What are my options Quote Link to comment
