Appeals I-290B: Case was Remanded

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

Couple weeks ago I received a notice from AAO that my case was remanded and now was sent to the office that made the original denial decision. Do anyone know what does this mean and what's possible result I should expect for from this case?

Thanks!

It means you case has been sent back to USCIS for readjudication. Most likely it will be approved.
