rocketroger
Is there a validity for proof of employment letter which is (mostly) needed for an H-1B visa interview? i.e., from the date, the letter is issued to the visa interview date. Some articles online mention that the letter is to be issued no more than 28 days/4 weeks prior to the interview date. My employer has already issued me one and it would be 5-6 weeks (from the issued date) by the time I attend my visa interview. Thank you! Quote Link to comment
