hiiton
Hi, My current H4 and EAD expired last month. I have been a partner in a Business (LLC ) since July 2019. Extension is still in process. I am not/will not be actively working in the business. There are 2 more partners in LLC who are US citizens. We have to make payment to Seller to take over the business. I also need to pay my portion of money. With this situation: Can I stay as partner/member in LLC? Can I make transaction from my personal checking account to Business account and then to Seller with this situation. Again I won't be actively working in Business. I won't be taking any salary. Please advise. Thanks dhyey Quote Link to comment

I think so, but to be clear sign a power of attorney to your partner for a paper trail. I feel this is fine, its just my personal opinion. Quote Link to comment
