Below are our current Visa Status,please guide us if we can go ahead and file for H4 or wait. Current Situation : Approved i-140 Approved - H4 till Mid 2022 Stamped Visa till Sept 2019 Planning to visit India in Feb 2020 Is it ok to file for H4 EAD now and Travel To India , will it affect the process?
