Administrative processing -Singapore USA Embassy

Hi All,

I went to H1B Visa stamping on July 11th in Singapore since i didnt get any available dates in india.

After the interview officer collected the passport and other documents said have to check the documents further and get back to you.

They didnt issued 221G or any slip.

After 2.5 weeks they asked to submit W2 documents, once after that on august 6th they asked to me collect passport for other purpose  and update me we need 
additional time for administrative processing.

My attorney sent multiple emails to Singapore usa embassy but no luck its been 5 months no updates till now.

My current visa going to expire on december 31st 2019 and kindly let me know what i need to do in this critical situation.

Please advise me and Thanks in advance

Some people even try to reachout to their local Congressman and Senator. I don't know how much of that will help, but you can try that too.

Thanks for the reply. yes i did reaching to TX senator but no luck and they said with administrative processing we cant help much on this and have to wait for embassy update

My visa expired on dec 31st 2019 but Singapore embassy didn’t updated my case and when I sent email they said still AP is going on .

please advise is there any case like me and what’s the solution for this
