N.Raj Posted December 3, 2019 Report Share Posted December 3, 2019 I have changed employers in Sep 2019, [my earlier approval is valid till 2022 Feb] and my new employer has filled the transfer in September with i 140 and current petition and its in Review. Now on Nov 26, i have checked the status for old petition, it said Revocation notice sent, will this have an impact on current petition in review ? Can another petition submitted now by another employer now ? Quote Link to comment
