sunraisers Posted November 30, 2019 Report Share Posted November 30, 2019 i have approved I-140 with employer A on April 2018 and then i changed to employer B in april 2019 when i checked my I-140 status it changed to denied on August 2019. not sure why it changed to denied my employer A won't provide any information i don't have approval copy as well i was checking with the initial receipt number. what are my options now can i get the old priority date if i port I-140 to Employer B or i a have to apply freshly new I-140 with employer B Thanks Quote Link to comment
