mallikin Posted November 30, 2019 Report Share Posted November 30, 2019 Hi Friends, I am having my H1 Visa stamped till March 2020. My Amendment and extension (I797A) are approved until 6/9/2020. Also, my company is merged with another MNC. I will be part of another MNC and the current company will cease to exists from 1/1/2020. I have a travel plan to India in January 2nd week and bring my family back to the USA in Jan last week from India with my wife and 2 children having stamped H4 Visa till March 2020. User099 Posted December 3, 2019 Report Share Posted December 3, 2019 Your company's immigration team will be the best to answer this question as they have all the necessary information about the merger. Also check if they are planing on applying for an amendment with the new company name and if yes, when will they apply for one. I will not advice you to travel while the amendment is pending.
