abvb82 Posted November 29, 2019 Report Share Posted November 29, 2019 1) Applied I-539 along with my H1B extension prem on June 13 2019. 2) H1B approved but i didn't got any update on H4 from USICIS. so after discussing with legal team in August raised a request in USCIS online on September 12(SRxxxxxxxNSC).Mentioning i didn't received notice and biometrics 3) Uscis sent only receipt notice i797 c for H4 on Spetember 25 to my address based on my service request. But they didn't sent any info on biometrices. 4) on Nov 5th they rejected the I539 extension.attaching notice - not appreared for biometrics. Can i appeal this case. this is no mistake from my end. first time uscis or postal service didn't delivered the documents. second time even though i requested USCIS they didn't sent me any biometrics document. I 94 expired on June 15. How can can the dependent stay after the visa denial notice. Need help Quote Link to comment
