Raushan Posted November 27, 2019 Report Share Posted November 27, 2019 HI TEAM My OPT is expired one last week. I have applied for OPT STEM and Receive RFE related to Address and I responsed it. Now Application is pending since few months. I am planning to travel last week of December. am I able to enter with Extension receipt, offer latter, paystub, Valid I-20, Valid visa, passport? My Stem OPT application is going to denied automatically because of i had received RFE, if i leave USA In case My application is denied then how many days of i will get to transfer in new university when i will at Home country?
