itskarthiksid
till JUNE 2019... I was working with Employer A and filed PERM. I did not get result. *my i797 got expired on July 27th * Before it got expired, in June, I joined EMPLOYER -B, and filed a h1b transfer in non premium. (Its still under processing..) After my i797 got expired, in August, for the same job i was working for a month, i swithed to EMPLOYER-C and did the H1b Transfer in premium processing. In between, in October i got my I140 APPROVED from COMPANY A. Now in November, I got my "current employer" EMPLOYER-C petition approved till feb2020(my 6 year max out time), but i94 denied cos of delayed filing and the bridge petition (EMPLOYER -B) peition is also in "case received" status. So they asked me to go for stamping.... as i am out of status. But my six years ends in another two months, so i want to know if i can go back to EMPLOYER-B and stay in US, because that h1b petition is still in "case received"... ???? OR i have to leave the country right away ??? Quote Link to comment
User099
WOW all that in 6 months! I would advice you to talk to an attorney as you are jumping around on receipt numbers is always risky. Quote Link to comment
