johnczheng
Hi, I got my GC in January 2013. I have 3 traffic tickets as below: 1. 10/XX/14. Speeding. Fine paid, driver improvement course completed, record cleared. 2. 12/XX/12. Speeding and failed to show proof of insurance. I did have insurance on that day. Fine paid, record cleared. 3. In 2007 I got a speeding ticket. Forgot the month and year. Fine paid, record cleared. No record from SOS office (> 10 years). I have no other offenses besides the above 3 and no offenses for 5 years and 1 month since my last traffic ticket in October 2014. If I submit my n400 now will the above three tickets affect my application? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
JoeF
You have to list them, but they won't affect anything. Quote Link to comment
johnczheng
Thank you very much for the reply. I was worrying about the effect of these tickets on GMC (good moral characters). Quote Link to comment

johnczheng
In December 2012 I got a ticket for both speeding and failing to show proof of insurance. I did have insurance on that day and paid fines before the due date. Does this matter? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
