H1 visa transfer while my current H1B transfer extention got RFE but still has valid I-94 to another employer and also H4 bio metric appointment from two employers

I have valid I-94 till march  2020 with my current employer A and has got RFE for my visa extention with I-140..however H4 visa got bio metric scheduled with USCIS in next week...My three questions here...

1: Can the employer - B transfer my visa before my I-94 expire data and get approved ?

2: Once visa transfer approved with employer - B, can join without responding to RFE from current employer and still I will be in valid status with employer - B?

3: From my current employer my spouse got H4 Biometric scheduled with USCIS which is in next week, now my employer - B also filed visa transfer using my existing I-140 along with H4 extention & EAD.. so, now if we will get Biometric schedule from employer - B after couple of weeks , does USCIS will request H4 biometric both times from different employers for the same applicant during this primary H1B visa applicant transfer ? 

 

Also, let me know will there be any issues during this whole process...
