rajeshd
Hi, i have cap exemption Visa stamping request in next month. I have below questions in new i129 form.I had H1b visa, however after i applied amendment and extension, my extension petition got rejected. 1. "Provide most recent petition/application receipt for the beneficiary" part, i noticed my first h1b visa petition number mentioned here, not extension petition number. is it an issue, while i go for stamping.2. "has any beneficiary in this petition ever been denied the classification you are now requesting with in last seven years". Answer is given as "No". Since my extension request has been denied, should it be 'yes'. Please let me know, is these are minor issues or major issues. Can it corrected by my employer now.? Will it create any issue at the time of visa interview? Quote Link to comment
