Krishna_chiefs
Have a question around I-94, so I crossed the border via land in June 2019 from canada for a trip, they didn't issue me a new I-94 still have the old one from Dec 2018. My I-94 travel history shows my exit and entry dates, since I didn't ask for a new I-94 they didn't give me one. Dec 2018 I-94 is valid till my current H1b expiry date so I'm good on that, its just that my travel history shows June 2019 entry but latest I-94 shows Dec 2018 entry. H-1b is up for renewal, so should I get a new I-94 just to be safe for my extension application? Quote Link to comment
xTDx
Your old i94 is valid as CBP on land borders do not generate a new i94. unless you specifically ask for one. This should not be an issue. Quote Link to comment
pontevecchio
Using Automatic Visa revalidation aka AVR is absolutely legal. Hence you are looking for a problem where none exists. Quote Link to comment

But their travel history shows latest dates. That is totally fine. Quote Link to comment
