Rajsomepalli
Hello, Firstly thanks for reviewing my post. --> I am planning to visit India for the first time in the last 5 years. Currently, I am on H1b Visa. At the time of my h1 filing, my master's college lost accreditation and H1B got filed on based on my bachelor degree(currently I am holding masters degree with valid accreditation college ) So if I visit visa stamping if visa interviewer asks this question can I know what is the answer (Question: If you have masters degree why did you not filed your H1B on based on masters degree?) Note: I completed my bachelor in computer science and master's in Information technology --> Which is the best US visa consulate in India as per the current situation for first time H1B stamping? User099
Tell them the truth. They are trained officials and can easily tell if you are lieing or hiding. Quote Link to comment
gopalakrishnach
Thats common sense when you completed MS why you did file your H1B on base of MS. Tell them truth, There is no best consulate in India everyone same. If you are worried first time stamping you can go to Canada but I strongly advice India.. Quote Link to comment
