Currently I'm planning to get multiple entry Indian tourist visa for my kid. Is it possible to for my kid to stay beyond 1yr in India (assuming he did not travel outside India for the next 1yr). If no, Is it possible to go outside of India (any country) and entry again with OCI? (planning to request ckgs to ship the card to Indian address) Or, I've to come to ONLY USA with visitors visa and re-entry to India with OCI? (with in 1yr) Thanks in Advance. Quote Link to comment
