H-1 Transfer after scheduled visa date

Hi Everyone,

Need help/guidance for a below scenario,

Company A (FTE): DS-160 Submitted & Interview Scheduled in Dec-2019 

Most Recently: Received H-1 Transfer for Company B (FTE); soon start working for Company B.

What steps are required to get the stamping done using Company B's I797 (approval)?

Note: Company A might revoke H-1 by Dec-2019?

Submit a new DS160 and take it to the ASC appointment and have it updated.

Company A might revoke H-1 by Dec-2019?  this we cannot say for certain but one thing is sure once you stop working for them they will let USCIS know and it will revoke Company A H1B. That is by law.

What steps are required to get the stamping done using Company B's I797 (approval)?  - normal steps. All regular visa stamping steps.

Fill a new DS-160 with company B details and get DS-160 updated during finger printing appointment.

Do I need to cancel currently booked appointment (stamping date) and fill out new DS-160 and book a new stamping date? or Fill out new DS-160 and have it updated at the time of fingerprint?

Fill new DS 160. Submit it. Take old and new DS 160 confirmation pages and get it updated at finger print.
