rmuppidi Posted November 11, 2019 Report Share Posted November 11, 2019 My wife is working on H4EAD right now. She got an H1B lottery and approved petition. The question here is, What is the process to convert H4EAD (H4) to H1B? Does she go to home country for H1B Visa stamping in order to work on H1B status? Does she need to apply for any status update along with the VISA stamping? or does the status changes automatically once she gets H1B VISA stamped? Thanks. Quote Link to comment
