shanch Posted November 11, 2019 Report Share Posted November 11, 2019 Hi, My h1b visa 6 yrs completing end of this november and i dont have approved I140. i will be moving to Canada next week with my current employer in Canada and work there for sometime. Im planning to go for H4 visa stamping in Canada and visit my spouse in USA who has valid visa until 2021. My question is, am i allowed to attend for H4 visa stamping in canada in this situation (H1 to H4? ) or do i need to go for INDIA to get H4 stamping? i do not have any current plans to visit india for now.
