H4 EAD Renewal - Changing Employer

Hello, 

My H1b is valid till 10/2021 and so does my spouses H4 - EAD.

Now I am changing employer and new employer is filling my H1b  transfer under premium processing.

Can I submit my spouse's H4-EAD renewal with my H1b transfer petition right now? If not how soon can I file spouse's H4-EAD renewal?

Does H4-EAD is related to spouse's employer?

I don't think you can apply now, it has be 6 months before the EAD expiry. 

H4-EAD is not related to anyone other than the spouse's H1 (i797) approval.

You can file your spouse EAD renewal after 04/2021. 180 days before expiry.
