dsam89 Posted November 8, 2019 Report Share Posted November 8, 2019 (edited) Need some advice : I have my H1B approved till 2021 and currently out of USA for more than a year, my employer has sponsored my GC (EB2) which is in progress and currently in Certified Perm approval stage & now my employer has also agreed to apply for my L1A (around mid 2020) as its inline to the present role (@ home country) from more than a year. My questions : 1. Does changing to L1 have any advantage for me to (assuming my current i140 gets approved in next 9 months)? 2. Can I port my current i140 if I apply my GC via L1A route in next couple of years? 3. Should I opt for any better way to deal or anything I should be concerned during the process?
