Her spouse is on L1-A but soon going to move out of L1-A to H1-B. In that case, would the candidate become out of status on EAD and automatically come on H4? The candidate herself has a valid H1-B which can be transferred out of cap. Please let me know how to proceed. Would the candidate need to travel out of country to get her H1 stamped once transfer is approved? Quote Link to comment
