Amendment got approved but original filing still pending

Hi Everyone,

 

I applied for H1b(New) in 2019. I was working as a contractor(EVC MODEL (Employer- Vendor - Client) ) for both Client A and Client B. When I applied for H1b(Initial) I was working with Client A and project got ended in April. In the month of June 2019, I moved to client B. Then I applied for new LCA with Client B in Premium processing. Now the New LCA and petition both got approved and the Initial h1(Client A application) is still pending.

 

 

Can anyone let me know what are the chances for approval for Client A application?

I would like to know whether my h1b is valid or not?

Was Your initial application filed as 1 application working for 2 clients or was it applied as 2 separate applications?

Your post is somewhat confusing.

Now the New LCA and petition both got approved - It looks now you have H1B approved with client B then why do you want client A to be approved and you saying ... I was working with Client A and project got ended in April ...
