Koul1 Posted November 6, 2019 Report Share Posted November 6, 2019 (edited) I was working with company A, got offer from company B, and company C, joined company B on receipt, after working with company B for a month want to join to company C, but company C, immigration team is saying since your company B transfer is in progress we only file in consular processing, Please note i94 is valid until April 2020. User099 Posted November 6, 2019 Report Share Posted November 6, 2019 Can you wait for Company B's approval and then switch to Company C? That will be ideal to do. Convert the Company B's petition to Premium processing and hope it will result in a decision in 2 weeks. My guess is Company C doesn't want to file its case as a bridge application and depend on Company B's decision. Quote Link to comment
