Nani1149 Posted November 5, 2019 Report Share Posted November 5, 2019 Dear All, I applied to few universities for Masters when i was in INDIA and travelled on H4 in Oct'19 to USA.Last week, i came to know that one of the university granted admission.Now i am in a confusion state,whether i have to apply COS(h4-->F1) or go for F1 stamping.Could you please advise on below questions 1.Is it safe to travel for F1 stamping to Canada? 2 i got my H4 in August'2019.is it ok if i travel now.its been few weeks of H4 history for me? 2.Can i apply for COS from H4 to F1 while staying in USA 3. or Can i go to India to get my F1 visa stamping now Please advise better options for me!! your help is much appreciated!!
